UNITE opens the second call for Joint Interregional Projects, with a total of €6 million available to fund up to six cross-regional digital health projects.

The call focuses on two key challenges for European health systems. The first concerns the development of deep-tech solutions for equal access to health, with particular emphasis on older and vulnerable groups. The second concerns digital solutions to address staff shortages in the health sector, such as technologies that reduce administrative burden, improve workflows, and contribute to skills development.

Central Macedonia is included among the eligible European regions of the call, along with Lombardy, Romania, Extremadura, Scotland, Wales, and Aragon.

To support interested organizations, UNITE is organizing an online information event on September 30, 14:00–15:30 CET, where the priorities, requirements, and opportunities of the call will be presented.
